How: The program consists of utilising psychometric tools and surveys for in depth analysis, individual program creation to address current challenges in YOUR business, Online coaching via zoom, email and phone support.

Here’s what will happen:
After you apply, you and I will talk online via zoom so I can get a good understanding of your business and your challenges. It’s at this time we both decide if this program is a good fit.
Once we commence, the first thing we do is to start our analysis. This consists of:
- A team survey – this measures the current employee engagement levels and gives us a good understanding of the sentiment around your culture and workplace. This survey goes out to every employee and is anonymous.
- Individual Manager Survey – This is a survey just for you. To identify your strengths and natural leadership tendencies.
- A 360° feedback survey – This goes out to all your staff who will give feedback on YOU, as a leader. This is not for the faint-hearted. This is where the magic is revealed and your blind spots are uncovered. This is the most crucial part of the learning.
- Team profile surveys – this survey goes out to all team members and will show you their strengths and their own leadership tendencies. This is a great snapshot of understanding if you’ve got the right people, in the right roles.
NOTE: These surveys will not happen all at once. Your business is different to another one, and your needs are taken into account before we take any action.
Once these surveys are complete, you and I will discuss the results and create goals to achieve from the program. I will then create a personalised 6 month journey for us to go on, as we focus on each area of employee engagement and leadership skills.

Why is all this important anyway?
There are two phone calls I’ll never forget. The first was from my Dad, telling me he had just been diagnosed with Cancer. He was 53 years old.
The second was from my Mum, telling me my Dad had just gone back into hospital and could I come home.
