Giving and Receiving feedback need not be a tough thing to do. Having challenging conversations is a crucial part of a managers’ responsibilities, but we often shy away from it as we don’t want to ‘hurt feelings’.
However, by not having the conversations, you’re doing damage to your relationship and your results. It’s crucial that you learn how to give feedback.
